Description:
The Anadarko Chamber of Commerce has been hosting an annual Honor America Day Festival for over 20 years at Randlett Park in Anadarko, OK. We are excited about the upcoming event which will be held on Saturday, July 1st, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. At the end of the evening, there will be a fireworks celebration for all to enjoy.

Location:
Anadarko, OK is located 60 miles southwest of Oklahoma City.

Cost:
The festival is free to attend.

Vendors:
10×10 Vendor booths are available for $20 a spot until June 16th and $30 after June 16th.

Honor America Festival – Sponsorship Levels

The Anadarko Chamber of Commerce is hosting our annual Honor America Festival on Saturday, July 1st, 2017 at Randlett Park in Anadarko. This is the largest event hosted by the Chamber during the whole year and we are expecting a crowd of 1,500+ in attendance. We offer free entertainment for children and families throughout the entire day, culminating in a fireworks display in the evening. We are asking for your financial assistance to help us offset the cost of putting on this free community event.

Main Stage Sponsor – $500

-Banner with company logo (graphics provided by company) in front of Main Stage
-Photo/Media opportunity with “Uncle Sam” pre-event
-Logo recognition as “Main Stage Sponsor” on all marketing materials, including flyers, emails, and websites-includes link to company website on vendor registration and informational pages
-Event Day presence recognized from stage
-Complimentary Vendor Booth and Priority Status on Space Reservation
-Name included on pre event press releases and press materials
-Recognized in advertising including print and radio
-Promoted on Chamber social media accounts including Facebook and Twitter

Firecracker Sponsor– $300

-Company Logo displayed in front of free activities such as rock wall and bounce house
-Photo/Media opportunity with “Uncle Sam” pre-event
-Logo recognition as “Firecracker Sponsor” on all marketing materials, including flyers, emails, and websites-includes link to company website on vendor registration and informational pages
-Complimentary Vendor Booth and Priority Status on Space Reservation

Patriot Sponsor – $150
-Company name displayed at Chamber vendor booth

Porta Potty Sponsor – (Two Available) $100 each
As a Port A Potty Sponsor, your company has the opportunity to make contact with 1,500 festival attendees. The Port A Potties will be located near the food trucks and in a high visibility area. Port A Potty Sponsor(s) will be recognized in the following ways:  
-Custom Indoor and Outdoor Port A Potty Signage (Graphics provided by company; Signage printed and displayed by Anadarko Chamber)  
-Logo on Chamber Website with link to company website.
